Your business information is yours
Tax number, revenue, customers. What you trust Kobim with is visible only to you and your accountant.
Read the privacy notice- Your national ID number is not stored in readable form
- Only an irreversible digest is kept. Your tax number is encrypted and shown masked.
- Photos of your ID card are never saved
- Your card is read on your phone; the photo is not sent anywhere.
- Your account opens only on your phone
- You sign in with your ID number and a code sent to your phone. The account is tied to the device you registered with, and you're told if someone tries another phone.
- Data stays on servers in Europe
- Kobim uses Google Cloud's data centre in Belgium.
- Delete your account whenever you like
- In the app: Settings, My Account, Delete Account. Your information is permanently deleted.
